Learning becomes a mission β and these Terms set the rules for using Tactoc. By accessing or using Tactoc, you agree to these Terms.
Tactoc is designed for families and learning communities. Parents/guardians manage accounts.
If a child uses Tactoc, a parent/guardian should create and manage the account, supervise use, and keep login credentials secure.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with features, scrape content, bypass paywalls, or attempt unauthorized access.
Clear rules so families arenβt surprised.
If a free trial is offered, you can explore Tactoc before billing begins. At the end of the trial, your plan may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices, taxes, and renewal timing are shown at checkout.
You can cancel future renewals in your account (once the dashboard exists) or by contacting support. Access continues through the end of the billing period unless required otherwise by law.
We protect lesson content so the platform can keep improving.
Lessons, designs, branding, and platform components are owned by Tactoc or licensed to Tactoc. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service.
You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative products from Tactoc content without written permission.
We improve Tactoc constantly. Sometimes that means changes.
We may add, remove, or update features to improve the service. Weβll try to keep the learning experience stable and consistent.
We work to keep Tactoc reliable, but temporary outages, maintenance, or third-party issues can happen.

Tactoc provides educational content and tools. It is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits.
We keep the platform safe for families.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful behavior, or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
If your company registration state changes later, update this section accordingly.
